Role Objective
We are looking for a technically proficient and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our Delhi team. You will be the bridge between our engineering capabilities and our clients' business needs, driving revenue growth across the North India region by providing customised refrigeration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industry across the given regions.
- Technical Consultation: Understand client’s requirements and provide solution oriented advice on heat load calculations, equipment selection and costings.
- Proposal Engineering: Prepare detailed technical quotes and commercial proposals for industrial refrigeration systems and heat exchangers.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users (B2B).
- Market Analysis: Keep updates of market trends, competitor activities, and local regulatory requirements in the North Indian market.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire process from lead generation and technical presentation to negotiation and closing the deal.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the HVAC, Cold Chain, or Industrial Cooling sectors.
- Strong command of English and Hindi for effective communication.
- Solid negotiation and presentation skills.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
