Role Description

The company is looking for an experienced and self driven team member to be part of our India expansion team. You will be responsible for initiating and developing strong relationship with the sales team members and customers. You will manage your time in managing existing customers and establishing relationship new customers. The objective is to prospect, qualify and close high potential customers. Ours is a fast moving environment and successful candidates are required to work autonomously for achieving business objective.


• Prospecting & lead generation activities

• Support team members to get the correct refrigeration solutions for their customer's requirement technically and commercially

• Relay market needs & requirements and get it back to product & technical team

• Identify & manage projects to improve customer experience

• Coach and mentor new account executives


• Bachelor degree in economics, commerce, science or engineering

• Multi lingual preferred- English, Hindi & local language

• Excellent written & verbal communication skill

• Advance computer skill - Excel, Word and Power Point

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environment
